Terms of Service

These terms govern your access to and use of AI Edge (the “Service”), available at aiedge.trade. By accessing the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Access

Access is currently invite-only and tied to an account you authenticate with. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account.

2. Not financial advice

AI Edge is a research and education tool. Everything it surfaces — scanner results, pattern detections, scores, charts, briefs, and commentary — is informational only and is not investment, financial, legal, tax, or trading advice, and is not a recommendation or solicitation to buy or sell any security. Trading involves substantial risk of loss. You are solely responsible for your own decisions, and you should consult a licensed professional before acting on any information.

3. No warranty

Market data is sourced from third parties and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. The Service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any signal or backtest will be predictive of future results.

4. Broker connections

If you connect a brokerage account, you authorize us to retrieve your trade and account data through our integration partner solely to power your journal and analytics. You can disconnect at any time from your account settings.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service — including attempting to disrupt it, access it by automated means beyond normal use, scrape it at scale, or resell its data without permission.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Edge and its operators are not liable for any trading losses or for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
